I can happily attribute the idea of a Star Wars themed nursery to the arrival of The Mandalorian and the debut of the originally referenced “Baby Yoda.” When I learned I was about to welcome my second child, naturally I thought of The Child, as the show became my most anticipated binge. It only took one glimpse of the then-newly released Star Wars collection from Pottery Barn Kids to know this was the way to further channel, express, and share my fandom.
Luckily for me, the force was already on my side with a room currently painted a falcon-colored grey and windows dressed in blue star and galaxy-like curtains from my firstborn’s nursery. With the framework already in place, it became a perfect opportunity to retheme yet repurpose all at once – which I always recommend as baby items and decor always have such a short time to be cherished.
